A glorious celebration of independence and undies!

Is it wrong that I like them….

What are your favorite websites?

It’s like a guilty pleasure….Amazon!  Is it wrong that I like Amazon and can’t stop looking for things I don’t need! Obviously I don’t buy everything, but some things I just ‘need’ or is it just want?

Is it wrong that I sometimes get trapped in the doom scrolling of reels on Instagram! It’s so easy to waste hours looking at others content about …well nothing really.

Or constantly saving pins of things I may never try, nor look at ever again on Pinterest. At least this gives me some ideas for my vision board. You know the one I bought on Amazon but didn’t start yet!

It seems I can spend/waste alot of time doing all of these things if I let myself.  My time is valuable, I know I could be doing better and more important things for sure, and then I wonder why I get to the end of the week and I still haven’t done the ironing pile.

I do not enjoy ironing, whilst it’s not actually physically painful, scrolling all of the above is less painful. In my head, and many others this makes total sense.

So in conclusion, these websites help me avoid pain . …the pain of ironing in this case. We all have other stuff we need to be doing or should be doing,  But the pleasure pain sensors in my head will always take the path of least resistance! As long as I set a healthy limit I’m good right?

So what’s your average daily screentime?
