That other people’s negative thoughts and opinions of you, are basically none of your business.  They say more about that person than they do you!

It means that you are freed from the chains of worrying what other people think or say about you, that energy you waste on worrying – who cares what they think.  They don’t even know you, not like you know you. Then why would you care what they think or say.

Release yourself from that constraint!!

That’s what I think everyone should know, but don’t take my word for it, try it out for yourself!
