What is one thing you would change about yourself?
It doesn’t matter how positive I am or how motivated I can be, I have the ability to self sabotage my plans either by actions or moreover, inactions.
I do it all the time. I use different methods to achieve this, procrastination, over-achieving, impossible standards or just plan old failure to follow through! Yet, I really really want to achieve my goals, so why do I self sabotage. Knowing my why is half the battle, so what’s my ‘why’?
I don’t believe I deserve it, or that I could ever achieve it! It’s as simple as that.
Knowing I do this really is half the battle tbough, but I guess I still self sabotage the other half of said battle. All I can do is continual boost my self esteem, love myself, know that I’m enough and my favourite part of all …. ‘Fake it till you make it’
I know I’m not the only person on the planet who does this, or even better, who has stepped passed this behaviour ….. So if this sounds like a bit of you, how did/do you move on from it?
